Frequently Asked Questions
Monthly memberships have no expiry, billing will be processed automatically. Annual memberships are locked in for the year, billing will also be processed automatically if not canceled. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable. Monthly benefits renew each month, while all other benefits are valid for the duration of the membership period (based on a 12 month cycle, these benefits will renew annually if not canceled). Please review the terms carefully before enrolling.
Yes, members can pause their membership for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 6 months.
No payments will be processed during the pause period.
Please note that membership benefits (including bookings and discounts) cannot be used while your membership is on hold.
To request a pause, simply contact us at devin@zenbarhealing.com at least 14 days before your next billing date.
Yes! Massage sessions can roll over for up to 2 consecutive months, and all other perks can roll over without restriction.
Bring a Friend Passes allows you to bring a guest for 20% off their services. There is no limit to the amount of services the guest can book, but the member must be present for the time of their treatments.
Yes. Each massage session with an RMT includes a receipt with the therapist’s registration number, which you can submit to your benefits provider. Please note this will only be provided after the treatment has been performed.
