What is your cancellation policy?
We enforce a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or make any changes to your appointment, please ensure you contact us the day prior. Spa Day packages require a 25% upfront payment to reserve the booking. 48-hour notice is required for package modifications and cancellations.

How far in advance should I book an appointment?
We recommend booking in advance. On weekdays we can often accommodate 2-3 days prior. For weekends we suggest 2 weeks notice to ensure you get the appointment you want. Check out our Instagram stories for last minute availability.

What is your minimum age requirement?
We welcome guests 12 and older when accompanied by a parent or guardian. A completed health history form is mandatory and must be signed by the parent or guardian if under 18 years of age.

What time should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend that guests arrive 10-15 mins prior to their service start time. This allows our guests time to get changed into complementary robes and slippers, as well as fill out a required health history form.
