Your ClubCard will be provided at the time of your first qualifying purchase. Be sure to bring it with you for future purchases so we can add your stamps!
Each ClubCard must be completed using products from the same skincare line. ZO Skin Health and SkinCeuticals stamps cannot be combined on one card, and your complimentary redemption product must also be from the same skincare line as your completed ClubCard.
ClubCards are treated like cash, so please keep yours in a safe place. Lost or misplaced cards cannot be guaranteed replacement or credit for previously collected stamps.
No, your ClubCard does not have an expiry date! You can collect stamps at your own pace and redeem your reward once you've completed all 10 stamps.
