We recommend booking in advance. On weekdays we can often accommodate 2-3 days prior. For weekends we suggest 2 weeks notice to ensure you get the appointment you want. Check out our Instagram stories for last minute availability.
We recommend that guests arrive 10-15 mins prior to their service start time. This allows our guests time to get changed into complimentary robes and slippers, as well as fill out a required health history form.
An insurance receipt is provided for all registered services. Please check with your insurance company to ensure coverage.
No, gratuity is not included in the listed prices. While tips are not required, they are always appreciated and can be given by cash or card.
We enforce a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or make any changes to your appointment, please ensure you contact us the day prior.
We do not offer refunds on products or services. We can offer exchange or store credit for unopened products within 30 days. Gift cards are final sale.

Clients must be at least 12 years old to receive massage or spa services. Ages 12–15 require a parent or guardian to remain on-site and possibly in the room if requested. If the guardian is unwilling to stay on-site or enter the room when requested, the appointment may be canceled at the therapist’s discretion. Ages 16–17 may receive treatment without a guardian present if the RMT determines they can provide informed consent, but a signed Parental Consent Form is still required. All minors must have this and a Health History form completed prior to their appointment. Please let our concierge staff know when booking an appointment for someone 18 and under.
Yes, we have ample parking as we are part of a large plaza. It does get quite busy around the lunch hour, weekends and holidays, so please plan your visit accordingly.
